Techtaka redesigns logistics in software. We build the integrated logistics platform ARGO ourselves, and run it ourselves in our own fulfillment centers across Korea, the United States and Japan.
Why We Started
Techtaka began on the floors of Amazon and Coupang.
Our founding team designed and operated large-scale logistics systems: Amazon's globalisation programme, and Coupang's Rocket Delivery, TMS and delivery workforce management. One conclusion was common to all of it — the bottleneck in logistics is usually the system rather than the warehouse, and good logistics software has to be written by people who know the floor.
So Techtaka became a software company that also runs its own fulfillment centers. A feature shipped by the engineering team is in use on our own floor the next day, and a problem found on the floor becomes a product task immediately.

A core member of Amazon's globalisation programme, and head of Coupang's logistics systems, where the focus was scaling Rocket Delivery and its delivery management system. Now provides the operational expertise behind ARGO's logistics optimisation.

Led development of KT's settlement system and LG U+'s partner management system, and built an IoT-based city monitoring platform. At Coupang, designed and led logistics projects spanning TMS, delivery workforce management, zone management, address normalisation and courier rating.
